Terms of Use

Ukraine PPP is the official public-private partnership site for investors. These terms explain how you may use the project catalog, news, and contact forms.

Using this site or sending a note through a contact form means you have read this page and the Privacy Policy. This site is not a shop and does not take product orders.

1. Who we are

The site is published for the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine. Official site of the ministry: https://mindev.gov.ua. Office: Kyiv, 14 Beresteiskyi Avenue.

2. What this site is

The site is an information service. You can:

  • Read open PPP projects in ports, roads, rail, and water
  • Open news about tenders, concessions, and ministry briefings
  • Send a note about a project or the catalog

Project pages are an invitation to learn more. They are not a completed sale, a signed concession, or a decision on a tender.

3. Project information

Titles, figures, maps, and status on a project page come from the published file for that project. Figures are a guide. They can change before a tender or a contract is signed.

A published project stays on the terms and figures shown on its page until that page is updated. Check the date on the page and any linked fact sheet.

4. Contact notes

Fill in the fields the form asks for. Name the project if you write from a project page. We use the note to reply, not to start a purchase.

A note does not reserve a project, create a bid, or change a tender. If a field is not shown, that channel is not offered for that form.

5. No sales on this site

We do not sell goods here. There is no basket, no card payment, and no delivery of parcels. We do not store payment card numbers.

6. Accounts

If you sign in, keep your login to yourself. Notes sent while signed in belong to that account. Write to us if you think someone used the account without you.

7. Using the site

  • Do not use the site to harm its work or to copy the catalog in bulk for another site without written permission
  • Do not send notes with false data or automated abuse
  • We may refuse or pause a note if the data looks false or the project is no longer open

8. Site content

Texts, photos, and marks on this site belong to the ministry or are used with permission. Unless a page says otherwise, content is available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.

9. Other sites

Project pages may link to fact sheets or to the ministry site. Their rules are their own. This page does not cover them.

10. Limits

This site does not give investment advice and does not decide a tender. We are not responsible for losses from outdated figures, from data you typed incorrectly, or from a third-party site you open from a link here.

11. Privacy and cookies

How we collect and use personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. Necessary cookies keep the language and the basic working of the page. Optional cookies stay off until you accept them, if that banner is shown.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The text published here is the current version. The new wording applies after it is published. A note already sent stays on the terms that were on this page when you sent it.
