The project combines a transport multimodal hub and a large-scale real estate development project (offices, housing, commercial real estate) involving leading global real estate players.
Key project areas
Comprehensive reconstruction and commercialization of the Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi station complex:
- Central Station (22,119 m², built 1932, major renovation 2001) and Southern Station (21,148 m², 2001)
- Construction of office and retail premises (≈ $64.5 million)
- Development of commercial spaces in the passage (≈ $59.6 million)
- Reconstruction of retail spaces (≈ $0.6 million)
Expected project outcomes
- Creation of a modern multimodal transport hub integrating railway, urban and suburban connections, and the Kyiv Boryspil Express
- Redevelopment of ~43,000 m² of existing station space (Central and Southern stations) and creation of new commercial facilities
- Growth of non-fare revenue and elimination of operational losses of the asset
- Improvement of service quality for 9.8 million passengers/year and development of inclusive infrastructure
