Concession of Intermodal Hub "Sknyliv" - Logistics Gateway of Lviv on European Gauge 1435 mm

Creation of an intermodal hub at the junction of 1435/1520 mm tracks - a key node for foreign trade cargo flows of Lviv and Western Ukraine.

Key project areas

• Track reconstruction with a front of up to 40 platform units
• Territory expansion (Lviv City Council) and bypass road
• Container yard, customs zone, warehouse
• Bulk cargo transshipment point

Expected project outcomes

Next-generation terminal handling 1435/1520 mm trains; 1,400 TEU + 600 TEU under customs control; connection to the bypass road; serving the Lviv economy.

Prerequisites and previous project phases

PCD completed. European-gauge Mostyska-Sknyliv line (EU grant €73.5 million) commencing. Lviv City Council supports expansion. Can be combined with the "Lisky" project ("Sknyliv" hub is part of the "Lisky" ICC).
