Privacy Policy

You are on the official public-private partnership site for investors. This page describes which personal data we collect when you browse projects or send inquiries, and how we use that data.

By sending a request through the contact form, you confirm that you have read this policy. We emphasize that the site is informational.

1. Who we are

The site is published for the Ministry for Recovery, Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine.

2. What data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to process your inquiry:

  • Contact details from the form: name, message text, and a phone number, email, or chosen messenger
  • Inquiry context: the title and address of the project page you are writing about
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and cookies

Card payments are not accepted on this site. Card details are not collected or stored.

3. How we collect data

  • Directly from you when you fill in the contact form or choose a time slot for contact
  • Automatically through cookies (necessary for the site to work, and optional cookies after your consent)
  • Through a CAPTCHA provider (only a technical token is processed to protect against bots and spam)

4. Why we use the data

  • To reply to investors about projects, concessions, and the PPP catalog
  • To pass inquiries to the relevant ministry team or experts
  • To keep the site secure and prevent automated abuse
  • To analyze aggregate statistics of project page views

Personal data is never sold to third parties.

5. Who we share data with

Access to data is limited to technical contractors needed to run the site (hosting provider, mail service, the messenger you chose, and the CAPTCHA service). Data is transferred to public authorities only in cases provided by the law of Ukraine.

6. Retention periods

Inquiries and related data are kept for as long as needed to give a full reply and to meet legal requirements. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Data protection

The site uses a secure encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to authorized staff who reply to investor inquiries or administer the resource.

8. Cookies

  • Necessary cookies keep language settings and the basic working of the site.
  • Optional cookies are activated only after you consent in the banner.

9. Your options

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To do this, send a request to ppp.office@mtu.gov.ua.

10. Children

The site is intended for investors, business, and the wider public. If you believe we have accidentally received data of a minor, write to ppp.office@mtu.gov.ua so we can delete it at once.

Project pages may contain links to external fact sheets or the official ministry site. This page does not govern their privacy rules.

We may update this text from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
